Use Campus Student and the correct school

Sign in through your district’s official portal and choose the appropriate school/year. The vendor specifically labels its cumulative-GPA display option as Campus Student only; do not assume a parent account has the identical screen.

Check Grades and Documents

Open Grades and look for the enabled cumulative-GPA display. Under Documents, check any transcript or report card that the district has made available. A missing document can reflect publishing settings, not a missing academic record.

Posted grades versus in-progress grades

Campus GPA calculations use posted grades; live in-progress scores may differ. Confirm the GPA calculation name and term on your record. If a number seems stale, ask whether final grades have been posted and the school’s GPA calculation has been updated.

Do not follow staff-only instructions

Student users do not need to edit transcript setup or GPA calculation definitions. If the school hides cumulative GPA or a transcript, contact its records office rather than looking for administrator controls.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

Put the numbers together

An in-progress A does not necessarily change the posted cumulative GPA until the school finalizes that grade.

Method and limits

These examples use stated mathematical assumptions, not a claim that every institution uses the same policy. Read our methodology or check the available institution-specific profiles. Your transcript is the official record.
