Questions about your transcript
Your registrar or academic advisor can interpret your official record, repeat eligibility, transfer credit, degree requirements, and unresolved grades. GPAcity cannot modify your school record or make an eligibility decision.
Questions about the calculator
Check the selected scale, GPA credits, and excluded-course count first. The methodology page explains the arithmetic. If a result still appears wrong, prepare a correction note on the corrections page using a made-up example without identifying student information.
Sending a message
Email links open your email app. Review your message and send it when you are ready. The correction-note tool only prepares text on your device; copying a note does not send an email or create a support ticket. Please do not include transcripts, student IDs or sensitive personal information.
