What the download contains

The Courses sheet provides 20 editable course rows, visible grade-point lookups, quality points, included credits and input checks. The Scale sheet lists the example mapping, and Read me explains its limits. There are no macros, transcript uploads or external workbook connections.

Replace examples and check the scale first

The starting A/3, B/4, C/2 rows illustrate 28 quality points over 9 GPA credits. Clear or replace those inputs before using your own list. Blue input cells distinguish entries from formulas. Verify the Scale sheet against your actual policy; this template does not implement weighting, repeats, forgiveness or application-service rules.

Blank, invalid and failing are distinct

A blank row is omitted. A partially filled or invalid row flags the summary for review instead of quietly becoming F. F has zero points but retains its GPA credits. P and W are excluded under the example model. Formatting displays two decimals; the underlying quotient is not rounded between courses.

Keep the file under your control

Use a trusted spreadsheet application and save locally if that is your preference. Opening or uploading the file in a cloud spreadsheet service is your own action and subject to that service’s data practices. The website does not receive your workbook edits.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

Put the numbers together

Illustrative starting workbook: A × 3 = 12, B × 4 = 12, C × 2 = 4. Total 28 ÷ 9 = 3.1111…, displayed as 3.11.
